What are some good cleaning techniques/products that will help remove dust, mold, yeast, and other allergens? - air filters for yeast

I am very sensitive to something in my house and my doctor has suggested that either dust, mold, yeast, or a toxin cleanse my girl in December will be used. I have tried to steam clean all my carpet to try to reduce allergens or pollutants. I have my air filter. Any other suggestions? I'm at a point where I'm trying something.

Do you have asthma? If so, you also need the carpets and mattresses vacuumed regularly, I have my carpets steam cleaned and my allergies flared up. I fell on the carpet, dry cleaning powder, dust, mites and kills allergens in the carpet. The man who cleaned my house is a product called Duop characterized by Sebo, and my allergies have not flared up.

I use white vinegar on all forms. Use also on deck in winter, when you have this slimy green algae (disappears in a day and never came back in a week) with baking soda and borax in the house. - A question - Have you checked your detergent and see if you use something new? New anti-static sheets?
